Once an order is placed with Premier Image Services Ltd it can only be cancelled at the discretion of the Customer Service Manager and within 4 business hours of the product being ordered. As our products are of a bespoke (personalised) nature, you cannot cancel your order without paying the full purchase price. Also, products cannot be returned if no longer required.
Damaged or Faulty products maybe returned to Premier Image Services Ltd for repair or replacement dependent upon the origin of the damage or fault.
If a product is accepted as a return, please contact Customer Service to arrange a courier collection.
If the received dispatch Box is damaged on delivery, please sign delivery note as damaged product and inform Studio Support within 24 hours to inform them you have received damaged goods.
Customers are required to check all products/orders received at the studio within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Please check that the products are correct, images are correct and that there are no faults.
All faulty products are to be returned to Premier Image Services Ltd within 7 days of receipt.
