All orders will be despatched by a suitable carrier or delivery system at the discretion of the Company. Premier Image shall not be liable for any damage to, discrepancies in or shortages/delay of delivered material unless notified by the customer within 24 hours of delivery.
All reasonable care is taken with customer material sent to Premier Image for processing or printing. Premier Images liability for service failure loss of, or damage to photographic processing or printing shall be limited to a refund of Premier's charges for processing or printing and their replacement with unused material.
Where the value of an order/service or material sent for processing is valued at more than the Company liability, it is advised that the customer affects their own insurance. The information on this website is thoroughly checked and regularly updated. However, there is no guarantee that it is complete, accurate and up-to-date. All information may be removed or changed at anytime without prior notification. Despite meticulous control of the content of our website we do not assume liability for the content of external links. Premier Images is not responsible for the content of external websites which this website is linked to.
Premier Image Services Ltd aim to produce your orders as quickly as possible. Each product range has a suggested turnaround time of 10 days; however, bespoke orders may take longer to produce. This is an indication only and not a guarantee of how long an order may be in lab. Where delay is caused by a factor beyond our reasonable control, we will not be responsible for any loss suffered by you because of the delay. We will always strive to dispatch your orders quicker than the allotted production time.
Payment & Prices
The price payable by the customer will be in accordance with the Company price ruling at the time of acceptance of the order. The company reserves the right to alter the prices without notice. All accounts shall be settled in full by the Customer at the time of order collection or before delivery to the customer.
Premier Image Services Ltd complies with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. The eight principles relating to the processing of personal information are:
- Fairly and lawfully processed.
- Processed for a limited time.
- Adequate, relevant and not excessive.

It is a criminal offence under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 to knowingly infringe copyright. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all material supplied to the Company for processing, copying or reproduction is free from any third party claim of infringement.
Orders are only accepted on the clear understanding that:
- The customer owns the copyright or that the work is out of copyright.
- The customer has the copyright owner’s written consent. In this case the written consent must accompany the order and work supplied.
- The customer indemnifies the Company against all costs, claims, damages and losses of whatsoever nature arising from any action or claim brought by a third party in respect of alleged infringement of copyright.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
- We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
